Rauanheimo renews its organisational structure and strengthens sales

Rauanheimo is renewing its management and organisational structure as part of the company’s growth and international expansion. The aim of the reorganisation is to clarify the responsibilities between sales and production, strengthen the sales organisation, and establish a nationwide production organisation.

Niko Orpana has been appointed Production Director and will be responsible for the nationwide management of production in Finland and Sweden.

Reporting to the Production Director, Sami Veneranta has been appointed Operational Director for Western Finland, and Janne Lindqvist Operational Director for Eastern and Northern Finland. Western Finland covers the operations in Kokkola, Tahkoluoto and Kaskinen. Eastern and Northern Finland covers Tornio, Kemi, Oulu, Sotkamo, Vuosaari and Mussalo.

Niko Arola will move to the sales organisation as Sales Manager, strengthening Rauanheimo’s sales organisation. Recruitment for a Sales Director is ongoing and the role will be handled on an interim basis by CEO Tero Kosonen. Any changes to customer contact persons resulting from the reorganisation will be communicated separately on a customer-specific basis.

Kim Ventin will continue in a permanent role as Project Director for Rauanheimo’s establishment in Sweden and will be responsible for coordinating the administrative preparations and support functions related to the launch of the Swedish operations.

The reorganisation supports Rauanheimo’s goals of developing customer service, improving the efficiency of its nationwide operating model and creating a strong foundation for international growth. The new organisation will take effect on 1 September 2026.
