Port of Tahkoluoto

Rauanheimo has been operating in Tahkoluoto since 2018. Since then, the company has invested heavily in the port. In the summer of 2021, a new large terminal was opened, suitable for large flows of bulk cargo. Thanks to the terminal, it is possible to handle cargo flows in an environmentally friendly and dust-free manner, as the terminal’s conveyors are covered. The new terminal enhances and speeds up handling and also makes it safer.
