Rauanheimo completes the acquisition of Havator’s port crane operations
Rauanheimo has successfully completed the acquisition of Havator’s port crane operations. As a result, Havator’s port crane and material handling activities have transferred to Rauanheimo’s operational responsibility.
Service to customers continues without interruption. From now on, all services and operational activities will be carried out under Rauanheimo’s name and management.
Through the acquisition, Rauanheimo:
- strengthens its position as a nationwide port operator
- enhances its service capability
- gains access to a wide and versatile fleet of cranes that can be deployed flexibly across different ports and customer solutions
- deepens its cooperation with domestic industrial clients and creates a foundation for future growth, including towards the Swedish market
