Tahkoluoto, part of the Port of Pori, is with its 15 metres one of the deepest ports in Finland. The port is ideally located close to a main fairway and is easily accessible all year round, as Tahkoluoto’s ice conditions are rarely difficult.
Thanks to the port’s depth, Cape size vessels can easily enter Tahkoluoto. The port also has a railway connection, making it well-suited for transit traffic.
